Apparently he wasn't. I got pulled over yesterday. You see, I was driving on a road where the speed limit was 35 mph, and this cop was with me since I'd turned on the road, a good mile and a half. So of course I am not speeding or doing anything that would get me a ticket. but, lo and behold, he turns on his lights. I honestly wasn't sure if they were for me, but I pulled over. I'm thinking, well maybe I have a tail light out or something. "Do you know why I pulled you over?" - "No, I don't" - "Well, I wasn't gonna pull you over until I saw your you nice little smiley face on your tag." (thanx lisa)

You see, someone, I have no idea who.... drew a smiley face on my tag a few months ago.. haha, who cares, right? wrong.

"You know, I could take you jail right now for defacing your tag.." he also went on to tell me I was going 45 mph. (I never topped 37, so when I asked where I could get it fixed/checked) "I don't know, but you have to get it checked. If you were telling me the truth, you odometer is off by 10 mph."

 

So, that was good fun....

 

But on a freaking great note, today has 2 significant meanings to me. The obvious, we are going in the studio tonight to record 4 songs. I am stoked indeed. I'm gonna try to do another journal in the morning to tell you all about it.
